We will be working hard over the coming weeks to clear backorders and are looking forward to a resumption of our standard delivery times in the near future. At present, Aqualux still has half of our core production team unable to attend work.
We are doing our best to keep up with your orders during what is proving to be a difficult time.
On top of this our delivery partners have also reached out to notify us of extensive delays as they struggle to manage their own set of challenges. Currently, Sydney Metro deliveries are taking up to a week. Melbourne Metro and Brisbane Metro should also allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Please make use of the tracking link in your shipment notification email to check progress. If you need a tracking link or would like to check the status of a backorder you can either reply to the original "Aqualux Order Confirmation" email or send us a new query to [email protected]
With the current lockdown restrictions applying to Greater Sydney, Aqualux Lighting, like many businesses, is having its operations affected. Today's new restrictions applying to residents of the Fairfield, Liverpool, and Canterbury-Bankstown LGAs will have an even greater impact. Aqualux takes COVID-19 seriously and, as a responsible member of our community, we wish to do our part to help ensure the safety of those around us. Where possible we already have staff working from home, however, our production team members living in the aforementioned LGAs cannot. During this time our production capacity is limited as is our ability to dispatch orders. With the recent cluster located on Sydney's Northern Beaches Aqualux has had to, unfortunately, cancel all site visits in NSW for the remainder of 2021.

Aqualux is pleased to announce a return to full working hours for all our staff from Monday 15th June 2020. Whilst we have yet to see a complete recovery in the trading environment we are hopeful that the easing of lockdown restrictions represents one more step towards normality and with that better times ahead. Like almost all other areas of our economy, the Covid-19 situation has impacted our ability to continue 'business-as-usual. Whilst Aqualux is continuing to trade to the best of our ability, we have necessarily had to make some changes.
Our warehouse & factory will be closed on Fridays until further notice. Monday to Thursday will be open as usual, with orders dispatched up to around 2 pm.
Our sales team is operating on reduced hours as well but they are still on hand to assist you. Please continue to contact your sales rep by phone or email and whilst there may be a delay they will get back to you ASAP.
Our office will be open Mon - Thurs 8:30 -17:00, and Friday's by email only. Our phone messages will be updated to reflect this.
